ok! im safe at home now.
the story:
across from our school, someone (two someones, i think) were/was robbed at gunpoint....so we were in our classes for about 45,minutes to an hour extra, as a safty precaution, untill they caugt the guy...a student (? i think) or the suspect was caught, but they haven't found the gun yet. weew, im glad its over. it was SCARY!!!!! a bunch of kids in my friends class were crying thinking they were gonna die...and i'll admit, i was pretty freaked....
on to other stuff....
in the bay area, immigration people are doing sweeps for illigal immigrants, and they are pretty much questioning ANYONE who looks hispanic/latino/a...so all our teachers are telling us our rights and stuff. on wendsay on next week, all the bhs students are gonna do somthing...intersting...involving the press, so you'll all probably hear about it thursday morning!
for now, most of us are getting bands of brown cloth to show solidarity. wear em with pride and protest the sweeps!!! familys should not be separated!
thats about it. im of to take photos of 'old things' ("hey, mom, can you come here for a minute?" j/k)c ya!

The only lockdowns we've ever had are when the drug dogs come...I don't know if they ever found anything, though.

zaery: no, but i saw a patrol car and lots of police peoples and then the teacher told us to get away from the window, so i came on the comp to blog
